Great news! They are updating the fitness center! They also said that are going to be painting the outside of the buildings! Take a look around the complex, there are more and more unoccupied apartments. They have to do something to make it appealing to prospective tenants. If they do any research on the complex they will never move in.

In the spirit of updating they are now imposing fines for people who don't follow strict rules on their stupid valet garbage collection ($30 per month, required, thank you.). If you don't adhere to "the rules" you will be subject to a $50 fine for each occurance.

The second new "fine" that they are imposing is concerning pet cleanup. If a dog owner does not clean up after their pet they will be imposed a $150 fine per incident.

I clean up after my pet, so I don't have an issue with it. The grounds are full of land mines of dog excrement. I just don't want to be lumped in with the irresponsible owners and have an issue where I could get blamed for someone else's mess.

What they should be investing in is speed bumps and posted speed limit signs. I'm guessing that they could impose some silly fines for speeding on the premises too. Why not $250 per incident' Seriously though, from 7-9am and 5-7pm the roads are a race track of people scurrying to find a parking spot. The weekends are worse. They fly through the area at 35-40mph or more. There are kids and people out walking, somebody is going to get hurt.
