I have to agree with the other reviews listed about Camden Fair Lakes. I lived there from 2005 to 2008. The apartments are of a decent size, but the management seems to nickel and dime you for everything, including trash. The management are nice enough to your face, but they seem not to have much experience handling the various situations that come up in an apartment complex. Maintenance response leaves much to be desired as well.
Also, the people living there tend to keep to themselves. You will never really know who your neighbors are.
And of course, parking is pretty rough.
