There are more no's than yeses for recommendations. There are more con's than pro's to living here. I hope that management of this place comes across these reviews or their upper management one day. That or the health department shows up and gives them a big fine or punishment. Or wait, that will be when this place will probably charge all of the tenants something to make up for that. (I don't even live here). I am in the process of apartment searching. I was attracted at their advertisement, location, etc. They had me for a minute until I saw the unappealing trash and grounds. They act fake to you at time of doing "business." Also my instinct told me to check reviews. I had a bad experience once with an apartment I used to live in which I never want again, until now the place I'm at is wonderful. I have to move because my rent is going up. Because of the honesty and details of the reveiews here, that management leaves out-I'm not even going to step foot as a potential tenant!!!!!!!!! I find it bogus on the trash service fee. What needs to be done, is get their crap together and stop stuffing their pockets with $$ and buy a larger compacter sysetm. Instead they charge more $$ to their tenants. I'm not even going to bother looking at these apartments or question them on the possibility of moving here. No way. This is not the way of living style an apartment community is to provide!

It also may "appear" nice online, but it's too late once you step into the real deal.
Always pay attention to reviews. It's always honesty ...

So wait...wait...you're reviewing a place without living there...wow...that is powerful ignorance. Review sites only usually give the bad stuff. It's like radio talk shows that have call-ins. Only people with extreme opinions call.
