I lived at Camden Fair Lakes for a year on the second floor, and experienced very few issues. However, when i moved into another building onto the bottom floor, my roommate and I experienced nothing but problems. First, they agreed on one price with the lease, and tried to change it on us several times. This issue lasted several months, but is nothing compared to the water problems that we experienced.

The first 2 times we experienced water damage, the folks above us had their air conditioner running too cold, it would freeze, and then all of the water would melt and filled our air conditioning unit. The third time, the washing machine on the 3rd floor went. While they did address the issue quickly, they did so incompletely. My entire closet filled with water, clothing was ruined, and the walls were covered in MOLD. It took multiple calls to get maintenance to come in and address the issue, even when health concerns were at stake. The fourth time was the hot water heater, and my roommate's closet. Now, we have water seeping in randomly from the OUTSIDE. The assurances from management are weak. We will be leaving as soon as possible.
