If I had enough money..i wouldnt mind going back(former tenant).
About Rent:
Th rent vary day in day out...come renewal date they can be Very Very High..as much as 30% of previous rent.....they say it changes everyday..just like the stockmarket

But thats not fair if you have been a loyal tenant..

About Management:
Very efficient...The current Manager, Abdul and the office staff, LaToya and Rosita, and just every are very courteous and professional.
They are so pleasant, that I u can stop by to say hello .

Bottomline:
If you are not budget-concious..and wouldnt mind such Rent Hike's on renewal date..thats the place to be

I have to wonder how many of these reviews mentioning the staff by name and pointing out how "courteous" and "professional" they are come from the actual staff themselves, as the only courteous staff we ever dealt with disappeared during massive turnover (and Abdul was anything but!)

DITTO!!! All of these positive reviews mentioning the staff by name would only come from the staff themselves. They remodeled the rental office and are desperate to get tenants in that they don't seem to care who they rent to. I keep seeing more tenants moving out than I do moving in. I'm counting down the days to where I can move out of here myself!

Its true the turnover rate is high,...probably due to Toxic Rent Pricing Model..but about the staff...they were willing to LISTEN.. i got a better price n deal else where
