The last few positive reviews are not accurate. I'm not sure what office staff they have been working with, but the office staff at THIS Camden complex is neither professional nor helpful. Please note that the only way that you can survive living here is if you have a lot patience and are determined to continue calling the main office for weeks on end until your maintenance situation is resolved.

The appliances will flood your apartment...and Camden doesn't care.

The rats will chew through your trash (that you HAVE to leave outside your door)...Camden doesn't care.

The smell permeating from the ONE trash compactor will make your eyes water...Camden doesn't care.

The visitor parking is minimal...Camden doesn't care.

During the winter months, it takes them days to shovel the sidewalks and plow the parking lots, so when you slip & fall you then have to spend all day at the ER...Camden doesn't care.

There are pet "remains" are all over the grounds...Camden doesn't care.

Are you sensing the same theme here' CAMDEN DOESN'T CARE. (That should be their new motto)

But if that's your thing, then go for it. But I, personally would never step foot in that place again. It's dirty and it smells bad. It's like the "armpit" of Fairfax, VA. How that place is still in business just confuses me.
