if you dont want to get stuck in the elevator at least 4 times a year, hear the fire alarm go off at least 3 times a year and actually having to evacuate the building twice because of smoke coming out of the trash chute then beware because this HAS happend just this past year. people's cars have been vandalize (spay painted) there are cases that people get mugged. and parties are thrown by kids at least once a week. i was out in my balcony after work around 3 am when i heard a pleasant pissing and puking sounds from an upper level aparment. the good thing is i dont hear it from inside my apartment. i never had raoch problems (thank god). and my nighbors on MY FLOOR are clean and quiet (some people complain about neighbors leaving their trash on the hallways). so just trust me and do not move in here, rent is cheap and there is a reason for it. and if any of the staff or management read this pls take the time and money to actually improve this place because it really really needs it....
