I used to live there and what people post here they 100 % true . But this isn't their fault this is who doesn't inspect them, who let them rent that place and make billions dollar. Maybe they share that money I don't know. When I lived there my roof was laeking and I made a complain Fairfax County inspector came and he was almost beat us. It was very clear he was on management side. So that's why that people acting like that way. You can't do anything, you can't change anything, and they always find many stupid like us and make money. Control mekanizm doesn't work. county watch while they scam people.
