Recently this property has been bought by a new owner. I spoke to New Property Manager Sandi Biggers about some problems we are facing here at Circle towers. Her answer was very negative and not at all courtesies. Instead of solving some problem she started arguing about certain things which I think Management should mandate. Management ought to be polite and understanding to the tenants not rude like Sandi. She needs to be replaced soon or people will find someplace else to live soon.
