Circle Towers itself was a great place to live considering that we had one of the nicer townhomes and didn't have to worry about foot traffic in the hallways of the highrises. For that, circle towers was awesome. What was -------- and absolutely not worth anyone subjecting themselves to was the lack of accountability on a part of the management. And I dont mean the higher ups in the Donaldson group, I mean the menial wage workers who run the office and are nothing but evasive, rude, and generally ignorant. Basically these women are sharks who do nothing but mislead tenants and provide unclear information regarding cleaning, rent payments, and move out procedures. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you wish to save at least $1500-$2000 on post move out costs because the office told you one thing and your lease said something completely different. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you want to avoid paying rent on a place that you no longer live in but were told that everything was in order olny to find out that you were missing that one little form that would've saved you an additional month's rent. Just overall, go to the Regency up the street. Even if you're on a budget and circle towers meets it, just take the next step up....i'll tell you, in a year you wont remember the money, but you'll remember the money you SAVED by being told the truth from those who run the apartment.
