i have lived through this nightmare for five years now. it's all true - FOUR different management firms, all more horrid, rude and incompetent than the previous. living in a construction zone most of the time. elevators STILL NOT FUNCTIONING AFTER EIGHT MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!! putrid odors all through the halls. enough, i am calling the county on these slumlords!!!!!!!!!!!

update: more details, because i am absolutely sick of the slumlords that manage this place! the pool, which is one of the nicer things about the property, did not open on memorial day and still isn't open! now the garage (more like abestos encrusted rat-infested concrete jungle) is being renovated! oh joy! more construction, and you have to fight for a parking spot even harder than before, all in the hopes that you won't get towed by the many towing companies who must receive kickbacks from this shady management company who also must receive kickbacks from the contractors who they hire to do unnecessary renovations on things that have already been renovated. i am enjoying calling regulatory agencies on this management company until they are OUT OF THERE!

Yes I agree, This is the most ------- / Mother ------ apartment ever, I mean ever I leaved. Do you ------- Hear me? I am sick and tired of this place with Construction noise. It is about 4 months now that they're building and constructing between circles. I think, these mother ------ hired illegal workers for 2 dollar per hour to fix and repair. They're using pressure to break ground. Why not using Hamer or break this ------- build and start from skretch. Trust me, everything in building needs to be repaired. Watch for couple stinky ladies: Leana from Russian, Moran looking lady, she only thinks from between her legs; I think she ----s alot and her brain dropped between her legs: Watch for Tina: Black lady: She promises and once you leave office they tier the order and say "---- you", you know what ---- her: Watch for Indian lady: She never takes shower: She smells like a goat. Watch for Management: When you ask for her; she is always in meeting: What a ---- is that, she spends all her time in meeting but for tennads she doesn't have time: I hope someone will listens and hear: Trust me: anybody wants to hear and know: Please don't move to this apartment: They have construction now and no parking: Now, they're towing because you need to find parking: I work from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm four days a week. When I come home, there's no parking: I have to park my car in shopping mall and walk near Blockbuster. Is this what you want to pay: All, Shutup, Listen and Learn:

I would never ever tell anyone to live at Circle Towers. The new management The Donalson Group is the worst management company out there. In the leasing office on the wall they having saying where they value the residents and high quality customer service IT IS THE BIGGEST BS I have ever heard of. People in the office is very low pay, tired and they do not care at all. I have been out of there for some time when they started the renovation and I am very happy now. I do not belive in being stress in you own home. not to mention the people that lives there low income housing and all the kids are out very diry without thier parents, people are getting robbed and the camera it does not work and if they do no one is looking at to see what's going on. DO NOT LIVE HERE IS NOT WORTH SAVING FEW BUCKS.
