I think this is the worst apartment that I ever lived. They are very rude, don't understand who the customer is' and lots and lots of bed bugs. Elevators doesn't work sometime and it is too slow. Parking, if you have visitors then the car is towed for $100, they tried to squeeze in money from the tenants with poor overall service. In addition, they want to increase the rent by $144. Overall this apartments needs renovation and need to hire new people in the office. AWe were total of 5 people and all my roomates have moved out of this place.
