DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Dont believe every thing you read so just call management and ask some simple question.
1) How is the visitor parking' You can only park on the grounds if you have a pass. You can only get a pass between 9-6. If you have a regular job WHEN will you be able to get a pass' If you have a friend who wants to drop by after 6 FORGET IT.
The one thing Circle Tower IS efficient at is TOWING!!! The tow truck will be in the parking lot looking for violators at 12:01.
2) How are the utility bills calculated' I don't think they know. You can try to conserve energy but you will not be charged on personal use. Your bill is divided between everyone in the building. WHAT!'!'!'
3)How is security enforced' That answer should definitely be entertaining. Anybody can get into the building if they wait at the door. No security walk the grounds and remember the office closes at 6:00 not 6:01.

The is the worst managed building I have ever been associated with anybody recommending that you move here has to be part owner.

I agree this is the worst apartment I stayed in my entire life. There are noisy and loud ppl.Management is rude and really stupid. For a new person in VA, this building can make things disturbing. I remember there were some south -------. They were so loud that my friend just could not stay and moved out within a week. The noises can be heard from walls actually the apartments are more like cubicles walls than real walls. This is not a good community to stay. SIMPLE DON"T GO. Elevators, management, ppl, accessibilty to buses, train...everything sucks....no near by grocery stores..thsi place is horrible...horrible...and simply horrible...

I agree. If you are smart enough, lucky enough to do a review of apts before you sign a least then heed these messages. There are few if any redeeming qualities about this apt complex. This is worst then the worst dorm living with North Va. prices. All of the simple things that you take for granted in a apartment are not there. Friendly management, quiet living space, safety and security, it ain't gonna happen here. There are 15 floors and no freight elevator, no security on site no maintenance to speak of except for 6:00 am Sat. when they are making noise. Heed this warning!!!!
