Horrible place ever

This the first time I ever took time to gprovide a review. But, after living in Circle towers I felt that it is my resposibility to let people know that it is the most horrible place ever to live.

The apartments have a very intesnsified bed bugs problem. They lost my lease application twice and fined me $300 as they lost my rent check. They have the worst management ever. I highly recommend people not to live at this place.
