This place is terrible. Not only do they tow guests they tow RESIDENTS because the towing company (Dominion Towing) has lazy employees that assume everyone puts their sticker in the same place. Ridiculous. I've been towed 3 times from there and I've only lived there a year. The construction was a major inconvenience, and forget about handicap accessibility if you live in the plaza level townhouses.

The place recently underwent a management transition and due to the current owners' lack of communication with tenants, we were all subject to jackhammering at 7 am, generators shaking and shuddering the ENTIRE plaza level, most of the courtyard was fenced off and stripped, then refinished which took 4 months, and let's not forget the power stripping and washing that went on for 10 working days and was so loud that I and my roommates couldn't even make or receive telephone calls. The construction company took over large amounts of parking, fenced off the parking garage, and left their trash everywhere. It was absolutely ridiculous. If I had known they were going to do so much property alteration during this year I would NEVER have rented there. That is obviously their goal in lack of communication - if they told us exactly what was going on, they'd have no tenants and no income.

The leasing office has terrible communication guidelines, and if you ever ask for a manager and get transferred to Russell, be advised that this guy does the books. He has no real authority. But every time I ask for a manager, I always end up talking to this waste of corporate space and time.

Despite multiple calls to the leasing office about insufficient insulation and the fact that you can see daylight through a crack in our front door, nothing was done and during the winter our energy bill tripled. Complete lack of care on their part.

Living here is a nightmare. I can't wait to get my stuff out tomorrow.
