Wow -- haha. I don't even know where to start with the many many many many and many problems I have had since signing my lease (my life) away to this dump in Fairfax. First, let me start with the negatives of living in Circle Towers. The property is filthy with the notorious dusty parking garage that houses leaks, broken cement fragments from construction, rats, and vandalizers (two cars got their windows broken in the last two months). The next would have to be the infamous towing policy; which by the way, Circle Towers reaps profits. The towing company tows cars maliciously and scours the property on an almost hourly basis in the evening hours like sharks, towing cars with parking stickers as well. I know for sure Circle Towers profits from these towings because when I had gone to pick up my car that was towed, I saw a fax from Circle Towers management saying to bump up the fee for towings. Next on the list, the noise. The noise is ridiculous. Half the units on the property are over-occupied and a lot of these people in these over-occupied apartments love to party, drink, and yell-sing during all hours of the night. Oh, and did I also mention that Circle Towers has been under intense construction for the last two years' From what I have heard, I've been lucky to have avoided the loudest stages of construction but still, I wake up at 6-7 in the morning throughout the week to the sound of chiseling and hammering. Moving on to sketchy -- I gravely question whether or not Circle Towers do background checks on many of the tenants they approve. But then again, half the tenants don't even go through background checks because they aren't even on the lease. Many many many of the tenants that live in Circle Towers skip the application process by moving into the units after their friends and families have been approved -- so imagine this, 8-10 people living in apartment units built for 3 people, and on the lease, they have only three people listed and accounted for -- get the drift' Insane. Last but not least, bugs. Bugs, bugs, bugs; I'm talking roaches, ants, rats, mice, fleas, bed bugs, silverfish, and centipedes. I have a total phobia for the creeply crawlers and yet I have been subjected to all those bugs during the 7 months I have lived in this living hell. Management you asked' USELESS. The leasing office peeps sorta just skip and dip on a lot of the issues brought to their attention and they are slow to act and react. On atleast seven occasions, I have called the office only to get the voice messaging system -- several of those times, I walked myself to the leasing office to see what was up and those lazy slackers were sitting their over-paid behinds on their leather chairs letting the phone ring, ring, ring. Now close your eyes and ask yourself, do you want to pay $1900 to live in these kind of conditions and be subjected to solicitations from the sketchy people of Fairfax' I promise you that you will not be able to walk with your head held high after you experience life in Circle Towers.
