If i have to talk about Circle Towers, i have to use lot of "first time" phrases. Becoz, there are lot of things that happened for the first time of my USA life. I used FANS for the first time through out the summer, beoz the AC did not work. I could not sleep in the winter becoz the heater did not work. When I complained about it, I got the most reckless response I ever experienced in my life. The parking lot is huge. But you cannot see it without dirty water. Recently, they renovated the parking lot, but i don't know how long it is going to be clean. We had to live with the bed BUGS for the entire stay. We complained about it hundred times. We got the assistance after 3 months. By that time, the BUGS spread all over the place and they couldn't get rid of them with two treatments. We were tired of complaining about it and started adjusting to the situation. I cann't say that the people are not good. But I don't think that there are enough people to take care of entire three BIG towers. So, we cann't expect better response and service.
