recent letter that was sent to circle towers management:
Mr. ----(Manager or Manager on duty)
Hello UDR. My name is_____and I am a current resident of Circle Towers. The reason I am sending this email, is because, recently, my sister was a victim of your maintenance guy(s)(-----)(other). She was very altered when she arrived from school. I asked her, what's wrong', and she said (crying), "When I came from school, I was at the front door(near the stairs) with 2 of my girlfriends, it was raining, but we didn't have the key to get inside. So we waited and the elevator doors opened. ----- was there, we kept knocking and when the elevator doors were closing, so he took his hand out to avoid the doors from closing, and another maintenance guy showed up. So as we kept knocking, ----- yelled(do not open the door to them), so the doors of the elevator closed and the other maintenance guy sat down on the bench(near the front door by the stairs), we knocked again and we were getting wet, but the guy never opened. We had to go around when it was raining really hard, I got my shoes and my pants all wet.
When I finally made it to the elevator with my friends, the maintenance guy said(Wow, you made it!).
Now, I know that many have been victims of this guy, he's even famous online. I did some research and found out that many people have complained about this guy. I really hope that this does not happen again. I never seen my sister so scared, she and her friends felt intimidated, as many women probably felt the same way. I mean, I am a guy(Her Bigger Brother), I think that intimidating a little girl in that way, it's not tolerated. Your maintenance guy needs a little bit of adjustments. Such a cowardly act, he takes it on little girls. I will take this forward with a court if it keeps happening. No woman, kid or anybody else should be intimidated in such way. This is America, we do not tolerate such acts, and will never be tolerated, I hope you agree with me. Please call me. 000-000-0000

I agree that ----- is a bum. I lived at CT for 2 years and he was a jerk the entire time. He gets in the elevator and will use his key to pass all the floors that are waiting because he doesn't want to wait. I KNOW that he's done this because he did it in the while I was in there. But as far as opening the door...I hate to say this but while I lived there I wouldn't have opened the door either. Many residents will open the doors to anyone. Even people they don't know just because they were knocking. I'm not letting a stranger into my building at 9pm. He could hurt me or someone else. Many times I walked passed people knocking on the door demanding to come in.

Why is H-A-R-R-Y's name ----ed out? He harasses residents and residents have the right to call him out in their reviews. Shame on Circle Towers and ApartmentRatings for not giving reviewers the right to express concern and complaints.
