Whatever you do, don't move here unless you feel like complaining everyday. This place is roach/rat infested. They have faulty wiring and lead in their pipes. You pay to live here but you can never find a place to park. If you park somewhere that you're not supposed to your car will get towed so if you can't find a place to park you must circle around the neighborhood until you can find one. The utilities you pay here are unfair and it's based off of square footage and not your personal usage. So if you live in a bigger apartment or townhouse you pay more for someone else's utility usage. Management is horrible and will not work with you to resolve a problem. This place is complete BS and I'm moving already after only a year.
