Inadequate staff -- broken commitments

I'm a current resident at Circle Towers and have tried to be as optimistic of this place as possible. With that said, the reason for my review is because of a incident today that really upset me. Circle Towers has an zero tolerance policy for skaters. I had a group of young men skate-boarding infront of my home. If you've read the other reviews, you'll know that these buildings-homes are not made to be of the highest quality. The skateboarders were jumping up and down the stairs of my home with their skate boards and I, called the office to have someone shoo away the non-resident skaters because the jumping up and down with their boards were causing the walls (yes, the walls in my home) to shake. I called twice during a thirty minute time frame, both office members said they would have someone from "maintenance" look into the issue; no one showed up. If that's not bad enough, I observed an leasing office agent walk right past these skater kids and do absolutely nothing about it. Can anyone say inconsistencies in applying rules and policies' I called back after thirty minutes and the office was closed and as I said, nothing was done about the issue. Today's lack-of following through with promises tells me many things about the office staff: 1. They just don't care. 2. They don't respect their leasees. 3. They don't follow-through. 4. They don't see issues to completion. 5. They are inadequate.
I found it disrespectful that they did not even follow-through with my two phone calls and find it appalling they think their job is done at 6 PM; with not a bit of consideration that they've made commitments and promises.
And for management: there are bunch of younger adolescents (ages 6-15) that are getting really out of hand that have a vocabulary that would put an pirate to shame. They play, hang around, cuss, etc in the plaza inbetween Tower 2 and the stores. Keep an eye out for these kids and implement YOUR rules. If you don't implement and apply YOUR rules, how the heck will these violators follow them'

Try this: Tell the management that you'll give them a few hundred dollars. They'll come and solve the problem!
Moral of the story: The Circle Towers management are not bothered about anything unless they can get a whiff of money out of it.
They can tow your car even at 11:01 pm (i guess visitors can park until 11 in the night), charge you for some stuff you left at home before moving out of CT, even though you had a few more days on the lease left, charge fines for any other unfathomable reasons!

The person of this review is crazy. Since when are people in the office babysitters?? Have some balls...go outside, tell the kids, or tell the parents. The management cannot drop everything to babysit. Its sad that it happens, yes, but there are more important things. People without a/c. People who cannot pay rent. People who have floods (me!) I had 2 staff men in my apartment b/c the person over me's tonight spilled over. Yes...that would have been great if they leave water running all over the place to go chase after some kids.
Honestly, your complaint is juvenile--like those kids.

I say ----YOU to the 2nd response! If it is policy not to be skate boarding on the property then that IS the responsibility of CT. IF THEY put that rule into place the THEY HAVE TO up hold that rule! I'd say next time to the person who wrote this just CALL THE POLICE and the NEWS!!! CT is a -------- with management who should be in jail!
