The complex is very old - old tiling, old appliances, old carpet, incredibly poor painting jobs (paint all over the window frames, cabinet moldings, etc.)

Management not very helpful (at times condescending). Maintainance is incredibly slow (sometimes taking weeks to get things done) and instead of replacing things, they put 'bandaids' and basically tell you to live with it.

Walls are very, very thin. You can hear other people's TVs and conversations and it's difficult to sleep at times.
