It's big, no doubt. Sound travels freely from above and below, but does ok side to side. The clothes dryer is close to worthless, ditto the dishwasher. Heat and air conditioning does not circulate well. Living room temp is good, but bedrooms cold in winter and hot in summer.

Maintenance is good; Shane rocks.

Be prepared for ugly rent increases every time you renew your lease.
