Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This was my first real apartment out of college and I loved it! The only reason I didn't stay is because it was EXPENSIVE. When I signed the lease, I got a great special- 2 bedrooms for the price of a one bedroom apartment. But when it was time to renew, the rent sky-rockted to $1315!
The staff was great and very understanding and willing to work with you if something came up.
The apartments are beautiful and very large just very expensive and not really convenient to anything except Route 66. I do not recommend living here if you have to commute to D.C. for work. You will be misearable!
