Apartments are generally nice. The stuff is curtious and all the repairs are done quickly. The rent is a bit on the expensive side, but at the time it's the only complex around Fair Lakes/Fair Oaks area, which has cold water, hot water, cooking gas, and heat (in winter) included in rent. Other places in the area have the same rent level, but you'd have to pay extra for these utilities.
