Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
besides the high rent, you have to pay for heat, water and sewer. I was told that would not total more than $80 a month, which was not the truth. Plus you have to pay a processing fee each time you pay those utilities. You have to pay for heat but it does not go higher than 72 degrees. You freeze in the winter time.
