I have lived here almost 3 years. I moved in right after the community was bought by Archstone. At first, everything was pretty nice - decent service. Although since then, the complex has gone downhill. Although maintenance requests are answered reasonably quickly, the quality of the job is poor. Peeling paint, dirty stairwells, filthy garbage areas. Snow removal poor. The parking lot is poorly lit - I always walk my guests to their cars so they feel safe.



My real complaint about this complex is the parking. There is none, unless you come home from work everyday at 2:00pm and you never leave your apartment on the weekends. Visitor parking is always consumed by residents who can?t find spots elsewhere, leaving no parking for my guests.



My apartment is right next to the neighboring condo complex - these people have parking problems too, so they just drive in and take the apartment parking spaces. Archstone started to enforce their parking policy, but they will only tow cars after 9PM - sucks when you can?t find a spot at 6PM - a real half-ass approach. Don?t bother trying to find a spot after 11PM. The employees in the office try to be sympathetic, but still have not done anything to address the problem.
