I have been living here for 6 months and encountered nothing that would make me advice against this place.
If you choose to live in an apartment expect to hear your neighbours every now and then. Its all build out of wood, as are most apartments, so you will hear something sometimes. Had no problems with it personally so far and I have college kids above me. I get along with them just fine.
If dont want dogs around (I am a dog owner myself) dont move here, its very obvious upfront that this is a dog place.
Most people end up here for the reasonable pricing & size of the apartment (hence college students) but ----- if the walk from the car to the door is more then 25 yards. Dont be so lazy or pay up for a reserved spot! I have come home at all hours of the day/night end never had problems finding a spot, nor did my visitors.
Judging from most of the other posts, people want million dollar amenities for a minimum price. Want more' Pay more somewhere else!
Lighting could be better, but never felt unsafe or even heard about anything happening here. Appliances are showing age but work fine. Had washer trouble once so far and it got fixed within 2 days. Overal service has been attentive and friendly. Gym isnt that great but I cant see how anyone can expect it to be. And otherwise check it out yourself BEFORE you move here, I know I did & I work out in it 2-3 times a week. Dont just go by the what the brochure says, duh!
Overall; I enjoy living here in nice wooded surroundings plus being close to 3 major shopping area's, the 50 and the 66, is a major pro. Its not the best place to live nor the the newest, but much better then lots of others around. And as said, want more ... pay more !!!!
Just a good deal for what you get.
