This place is horrible. We moved in because it was one of the cheapest complexes around. The other comments are so very true. Maintenance here is horrible. After a week of calling and complaining because we wanted our air filter changed, I ended up going out to Lowes and buying one. The maintenance staff here is so lazy. All they do is drive around on their golf carts to make it look like they are busy. The leasing staff are very rude when it comes to asking questions or making a service request. The appliances suck. The first week we moved in the, refrigerator door handle broke. We filed a service request... 7 months later maintenance still has yet to show up and fix it. This place sucks. We are counting the days to when we can move out. This place is filled with incompetent staff.
