My boyfriend and I moved into the community in late February. I will admit that the people that work in the leasing office are less than competent and are not so quick on the uptake. We turned in our walk through form and were told everything would be fixed in 24 hours. It is now April and nothing has been repaired. My boyfriend went into the leasing office one afternoon last week and the girl there assured us everything would be fixed by the next day. So five days go by and nothing is repaired. I finally had to call and complain and tell them that someone needs to come in today...again I was apologized to profusely and assured everything would be in perfect shape when I return home today...we shall see.
The dog situation is a little annoying...I mean I love dogs but everyone has these huge breeds and they do not use leashes and they let their dogs use the bathroom anywhere and everywhere. I have almost stepped in dog doo doo at least twice in the last month! Someone's dog followed me home yesterday and tried to come in my apartment with me, I tried to send the little guy on his way but then he proceeded to urinate on my welcome mat....great.
The one thing that I really really dislike about this community is the parking. Last Friday night we had a few friends come over to meet up before going out. They drove around for literally an hour trying to find parking. Finally we got fed up and had them park at the government center and we had to pick them up...defeats the purpose of having people meet at your place.
If you don't mind poorly lit areas, huge potholes, no parking, and lots of dogs and screaming children then this community is for you!

I totally agree with you about the dogs and the parking. I can't believe that they have the nerve to tow visitors' cars when they can't find a parking space. It's insane!! And the dogs are out of control. It seems like every dog owner in the county lives there and never heard of a pooper-scooper.
