I've lived here a couple of months now, and I'm really suprised by all the bad reviews. I really like it here.

Parking is fine. I work until 2am and have never not found a spot on my side of the complex.

Maybe I don't have an upstairs neighbor but I've never heard a peep out of them, so no noise problems.

When I first moved in there were ants, but they come out the next week and sprayed and they've been gone since.

The office staff seems hit or miss, the girl who showed me the place still remembers my name and is really friendly, but the others can seem stiff at times.

As others have said the location is amazing, I'm 3 minutes from work, 5 minutes from a mall and numerous restaurants and shopping centers in a upscale area.

The walking trail is a nice touch, is pretty scenic with a nice natural pond and a view of the government center grounds.

I had to put down a full month's rent as deposit, but my rooommate had just gotten his car repoed so I'm sure his credit is shot.

If things stay as they are now, I'd renew my lease in a second.
