This place was absolutely horrible!!!! Unfortunately our option was to either give the 30 day notice and pay 2 months worth of rent or give the 30 day notice and transfer to another archstone so we chose to do that.

Lived in the one bedrooms for almost a year and very little problems and then moved into a two bedroom in february and have had nothing but problems. The apartment was not clean when we moved in at all. Yea things were wiped down but barely. The washer and dryer broke within the first week or two of living there. They fixed it eventually but only took a few days. The rest of the appliances were fairly new so that wasnt too bad. All of a sudden we started noticing bugs. We got ant traps and that helped with the ant situation and next thing we know we had roaches in every room of the 2 bedroom apartment and on the patio as well. Then we noticed that we had spiders that ranged from small to extremely large. Taranchula size but not as thick and furry. Imagine coming home to two of those in your kitchen!!! Then as we were putting things away under the sink in the bathroom in one of the rooms we noticed mice droppings. So of course we're thinking "hmm...how did that happen" and the wall behind the sink in the bathroom has like a hole in the wall about a foot long!!!!! The wall around the pipes were no where near as close to the pipes as they should have been and when you're missing half your wall its no wonder why we have all sorts of creatures living in the apartment with us. Well the mice and bug info was relayed to Josh who works over at the front desk and he assures us that everything would be taken care of and sure enough no work order or ticket was put into place. And this was before the whole tons of roaches and giant spider incident, so of course we HAD to go back to the office and complain again and they're suppose to send someone out today but who knows if that'll happen. We brought this problem to Reggies attention and he appologized and asked what he could do for us so hopefully he'll look into it but again...the place is absolutely disgusting to the point that we're not even staying there right now and havent been for about a week. Needless to say when we move out we'll probably be hiring someone to clean for us because we dont want to go in there and deal with our fellow renters.

I dont know if the walls are thin or what, but we rarely ever hear any of our neighbors except for this rather large girl who lives above us and literally stomps around all day and night. Not picking on her size, but more so the fact that we should NOT be hearing that since we dont hear anyone else but you can actually hear her stomping around, talking some times and even when she and who ever else lives up there going to the bathroom. Thats a wonderful sound to hear atl ike 3 in the morning.

Parking is okay and very random. We tried to get another covered spot that obviously wasnt getting used b/c no one has parked in any of the spots since jan/feb but apparently they werent available. If no one is using it why cant they sell the spot to someone else' its not like they wouldnt get money for it!

Overall for the price we're paying for a two bedroom infested apartment its really not worth it. You get crappy service, bugs and rodents, a bare minimum gym that no one uses b/c its so crappy, small pool, and thats pretty much it. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

We have mice as well, in the kitchen. They come in through the hole in the cabinet to the right of the oven. We never noticed it because the cabinet goes back so far, but come to find out, there is a huge hole back there. The carpets are extremely low quality. Everything is old and out dated. The counter grabs a stain in a second before you can clean anything up. It is just unpleasant and we can NOT wait to MOVE OUT OF HERE! Do not rent! Especially if you are someone who likes to work out... the gym is a joke!! Nothing works and it is so small. Everything is dirty and ripped. Honestly, this looks like a low income apartment complex and it's not.
