Terrible staff/landlords

The staff was the friendliest that I had encountered on my apartment search and this was very important to me. Apparantly this ws all a bait-n-switch. As soon as I moved in I never got a hello, within the first 2 weeks in the apart, i found out we had mice and ants both in the kitchen and bathroom. I made several attempts to get someone to come to the apartment to get the problem taken care of it took more that 3 calls over 2 wks for them to put me on their long list of apartments to be "fumigated". Nobody ever fumigated all they did was set traps. Over the 1 1/2 yrs. we have found 6 mice even though my house is impecable. The staff is rude, and oh yeah,the"luxery" they claim, haven't found where it is yet. Had my car broken in several times and we were made aware of a peeping tom!!!! Problems with snow removal and safety. Inconvinient trash disposal. Please do not waste your time even looking at this dump.
