Lived there for 1 year and 4 months. Bottom floors had problems with pipes and often flooded their apartments. Water heaters were being replaced as they broke. Staff always seemed to be a problem from the moment you signed lease.
Had to place a security bar for protection against maintenance staff as they have keys and walked in on my wife naked in the shower. No notice that they would be coming in that day.
Mold was an issue at times. Heater is a sump pump that never keeps you warm. Neighbors complained all the time of the wind and no heat to keep them warm.
No elevators and plenty of air from all the windows on top 3rd floor. Noise is a matter of placement in the complex. Great view of tennis courts and nearby forest if you are in that area.
Due to air flow in fireplace, we had to get a glass screen to prevent blow back and the fire alarm from going off.
Refrigerator went out and was replaced on a weekend. Did have water damage from a storm that leaked into the apartment. They had a crew out to take care of the problem.
Parking is a nightmare. No assigned parking and you do not know if you will have one.
The apartment complex is blested with July fireflies. They are in a wind tunnel area along the tennis courts. Wonderful to watch as well as the deer that sleeps in the forest next to the tennis courts.
