I've only lived here for six months and hope to stay for several years. We've only had two maintenance issues so far and have been very pleased with the response. The grounds are immaculate, the staff always friendly. The lease terms are strict but that's why you read the lease before you sign it.
There are a few George Mason (I'm guessing) students that like to have weekend parties, but they have always responded well when asked to quiet down.
