I've been here nearly a year and certainly plan to renew my lease. It's not the newest fanciest place around, but the apartments are spacious, conveniently located, and well-landscaped. I particularly like the rather secluded, woodsy atmosphere (depending on where you're located) and the pool area. I have placed a number of maintenance calls (including a middle-of-the-night emergency), and all received prompt responses. I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful whenever I've spoken with them! My only complaint is that the decks are somewhat in disrepair and need to be replaced or repainted.
