Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We have lived at the Elms for 1.5 years and have loved it! The staff are really easy to work with and do their best to please you. We've had a couple of service requests and they always come out and get the job done. The apartments are really nice and the grounds are well-kept. The pool is great in the summer and it's nice to have a free gym and racquetball court. We haven't had any noise problems, other than a neighbor who played his music too loud, but the staff helped us resolve that problem.
