Management is great, they actually listen you unlike a lot of other places. The grounds are beautiful but the walls and ceiling are paper thin... If you've got neighbors on any side of you, be prepared to hear every little thing they do or say, their music, their TVs, etc. The floors and bathtubs (!) are squeaky beyond belief even maintenance has conceded that these buildings were built as cheaply as possible.
As long as you don't get noisy jerks above, below, or next to you, the place is wonderful.
