Beware!

Of approx. 6 diffrent apartments I've rented in the DC metro area, this is by far the WORST! Managment makes a diffrence at any appartment, and they are very bad here. The bottom line is they don't care. There is high attrition amongst the staff, and generally they are all irresponsible and unaware of the happenings here.
The condition of the apartments are at first average, but soon you would realize that they are VERY poorly built. (example, one day I saw a slug on the window seal and wondered how something so large could get through. I then realized there was a hole I could put my finger through to the outside!) When asking the apartment staff about this, you might as well talk to a wall. In general the appliances are always in need of repair.(A/C, water heater, etc.)
Also verify that your cable is available in all rooms advertised. Even though there may be a wall jack, you should check!
I have only ONE good thing to say about this apartment complex, and that is they will allow for subletting. That's it, nothing better.
In closing, if I had the time and no job I would pickett outside the apartment and warn all potential residents. Don't think that would go over to well.
