I've lived here for two years, and have both very positive and negative things to say about this place:

Very large and spacious (esp. with sunroom)
Relatively quiet neighborhood - I've never had problem with the college atmosphere except on weekend afternoons
Office staff is moderately helpful, though quite uninformed
We had a great concession on rent, but are moving out because the rent went up too much
Very nice mantenance staff
Unlimited parking. For you and guests. Never had a problem with this one.

- Poor construction: had severe water damage and was out of our place for over a month while they fixed it
- WAY high heating bills - our summer bills are great, but for two years we've had heating bills close to if not over $200. Even though we've complained, they said they couldn't do anything
- Sometimes things take a while to get done - I've now put in four requests for a broken toilet, most recently two weeks ago. However, since we have two in our apartment, it is not an emergency (even though it hasn't worked for two weeks).

Overall, it has been a good experience. For the money though, you get space, but there are nicer places in the region
