Ok, the place is decent... the location kind of stinks- but that's a matter of opinion.

The walls are thin. I can hear my neighbor play piano, as if she's in MY apartment. (thankfully, she doesn't suck)

There is no assigned parking, which they tell you when you view the place is not a problem- yeah? It's right by GMU - try finding a place to park if you come home after working late on a Friday night.. forget about it! Not that I have a prob. w/ the college kids having their friends over- it's not their fault. I blame poor management.

Which by the way-- Number one reason to STAY AWAY-- Management? AWFUL!!!!

They're great when you go to look at the place. Cheerful, accomodating, blah blah blah -- but once you move in? Forget about it!

They are TERRIBLE to work with- you can't get anything done- everything is your fault. One month after I moved in, I noticed a leaky water heater- they told me it was condensation, not to worry about it. As the weeks went by- it got worse, and started flooding my laundry room. Their solution? Turn it off when I go to work in the morning--- what the heck?!?! The Office Manager is this snippity, arrogant, condescending, (expletive) Who is useless. I asked to be moved to a different apartment if they weren't going to fix the leaking water heater... they threatened to charge me a lease break fee!!!

I'm trying to sublet my place now-- because I'll be damned if I'm going to pay all this money- for a management team from hell.

No freakin' way!

This place is BAD NEWS!! You'd be better off going somewhere else-- hell, a Motel 6 has better customer service than this place!!
