First few months were pleasant. Then things started to break, water started to leak, unprofessional started movinging, all kind of unwanted sheit started to happened. The management at this community has been a complete group of idiots. They aren't helpful and are rude sometimes. One time there was a leak from upstairs which killed the power in my unit. Management blaimed me for not reporting it immediately. For fcuk's sake, i was sleeping how the hell would I know about things happening in my apartment in the closed-door washer room while I was sleeping' Again stupid idiots didn't get the fix in place after a week. I had to go out of town a few days and stay in local hotel for a few days because there was no power. By the way the net on the tennis court has been broken since early this year and they haven't got around the fix. A bunch of losers running the maintenance team.

two words - keep it real.

Pros:
- location is prime if you work in mclean, fairlakes, falls church, alexandria, arlington, or even dc.

- parking is all free.

- safe community

Cons:
- unprofessional people running slum = no deal
- rent has been going up like crazy.

Advice: look on craiglist carefully and you will find a good deal.
