I just read the last review and have to say that I disagree with the comments regarding the professionalism of the staff and the maintenance. I have nothing but praise for the people that work at the Elms at Oakton. They have always been extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. You know what they say, "treat people the way you wanted to be treated".
As for maintenance issues, I've had some including a leak. On the bright side, they did just change out the plumbing in our apartment so hopefully that won't be an issue again. I've lived at other apartments that were horrible with maintenance and they were much new than the Elms.
I think we are definately getting our money's worth here and we plan to stay for quite a while! Keep up the good work!
