I was not very impressed with the Elms at Oakton. We had to call in several maintenance issues which were usually ignored. I NEVER had an issue resolved with only one maintenance request. Our worst problem was one that took three months to fix. The construction was so bad that my entire bedroom floor was slanted. The material used in the showers was cheap plastic that was impossible to clean and the construction was not great. The location was decent, but not great for the amount of money charged.
I've lived in much better places, and I'd say that there are definitely better places in the area for the money.
