We have lived here for a year and really like it. Unlike some other people on this site who have said maintenance is poor, we have never had any problems. We've never had any serious maintenance problems and the problems we have had were quickly resovled. The managemnet is friendly and helpful enough and the complex is very pretty. At least our area is always quiet and we never have to park very far away. Even though rent just went up, it is worth it to live in a complex with neighbors and staff who care about the place (unlike other places we have lived with similar prices). I highly recommend the Elms. It also has great access to 66 and 123.
