I lived in this apartment for one year and it was the worst experience i have ever had! My apartment was flooded and i was unable to live there for 2 weeks and i got almost no compensation for hotels/damaged items and just hassel! I tried to get out of the lease and they were going to charge me $250 so i had to stay. I have since then talked to them and they are helping me out now so they are not horrible and at least they are trying to help me!

Talk to Karen about waiving the early termination fee. We had the same problem, except it flooded 7 times!
