Honestly .... i was paying half the price for living in someone's basement including all utilities but i moved to The Elms at Oakton in Fairfax because i needed a little bit more privacy.Extremely nice location, shopping centers close by and everything but seriously .... even after paying 1500 bucks a month i cannot find a parking spot in front of my building.If i have to park my car at the side of the street, i shouldnt be paying $1500.00. The management is not helpful at all. Everytime i take an issue to the management i never get a positive response ... hec 9 times out of 10 they dont even return your call as they promised.Personally I will never recommend this community to anyone.I cant wait till my lease ends.

You may not find a parking space directly in front of your apartment every day, but you will always be able to find a parking spot somewhere in the lot. Walking a few feet to my apartment every once and a while has not killed me yet.
