This place is horrible. Not only did they misinform me on switching over my utilities when I moved in, but they lost the $350 that I paid for my pet deposit. They charged me that rate again. The manager (----- ------) of the complex gave some drunk woman the number to my apartment. Who does that' I am a single mom and she is telling people where I live. It took them three weeks to fix my blinds! I have never been late or had any issues with paying my rent. I had one issue after almost two years of living there and they charged me over $250. This is after they made me pay my rent twice one month because no one checked the computer to see that my check was put in to their system. The place is old and falling apart. ----- ------ is the manager and is a liar. She lies to her tenants and does not have good communication or bookkeeping. I have left numerous messages for them that go unreturned. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Or if you want to be ripped off, have fun!

I disagree, ----- ------ is a wonderful Manager. If you don't beilive me find out how many tentans are still on the proprerty who have live within the elms for more than 4, 5,6 and even 7 years. (please do the research)
Please ask those living there now, I have lived here for two years and my lease is up at the end of July and I would love to stay if I could.

I am not going to weigh in as to the quality of the manager, but all the book keeping issues can be resolved by asking the manager or sales people to pull all the activity from your account. I had a bookkeeping problem of my roommate's doing that was resolved by getting the full activity on the apartment's account. They gladly gave it to me. Yes the place is old, but given its age it is well maintained. If things are not in good working order talk to management, not over the phone or by voice mail, actually go in and talk to them for 10-20 minutes about your concerns. They do listen. I have gone in multiple times (I have been at complex over 2 years) and they have worked to fix all of the things that were brought up. You have to realize that blinds that are not functioning properly is not a priority at any apartment complex. In fact I spoke with the maintenance worker today about a couple small things and he fixed them on the spot, no work order, no hassle.
