When I moved in I had to call maintence to do something about the mold around the patio doors. I also had to call them to come clean the bathrooms again. The bathroom shower heads were disgusting, and there was some mildew on the walls.
The problem now is there is mildew and mold growing in the linen closet due to a leak somewhere.
The seals on the windows and doors aren't great. The patio door wont shut without some force.
Parking is ok. However, some designated visitor parking would be better.
