The front office NEVER returns calls. EVER. It's absolutely ridiculous. The one thing I was excited about when the property got acquired by ING was that maybe they would bring in their own staff at the leasing office but much to my chagrin, they kept Vicki and the other guy that actually was very helpful left. You have to call multiple times to get anything done and when you finally get a hold of her she's extremely rude and acts like you're asking her to donate a kidney when all you want are the giant holes patched up from the previous tenant. It really is a shame because I like the area and property, but the experience with the front office has completely ruined it for me. Rent here if you don't mind things being broken for weeks at a time and extremely poor treatment from the front office. On a positive note, my lease is up in a few months.
