Every since ING took over, the staff is very rude and unorganized. Not very friendly or courteous at all! Not only are they rude they are also crooks that claim you havnet paid rent when it fact the check has already cleard your account. They have lost my rent checks several times and find random fees to charge you every month. The parking is horrible, you have to be home by 7pm in order to have a place to park and even if you have a pass your car is still subject to being towed. Someone has been killed two buildings down from me and random cars have shown up sitting on blocks in the parking lot! Not to mention one of the staff members broke into my apartment and the rental office did nothing but change my locks, well they have the keys anyway so nothing was retified! I have lived here for 3 years, great location horrible service,I would not recommend this complex to anyone! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
